Who Can Join

Any child age 3-9 can join the Pleasant Valley Bobcats. Although the Adventurer Club is sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, children of any faith are welcome to join.

Membership Guidelines

• Children must be age 3 to join the Adventurer Club.
• Club activities include crafts, outings and regular club meetings. Each Adventurer is expected to participate in their activities and cooperate with instructions given by club leaders.
• Faithful attendance is encouraged. This allows each child to complete the requirements for their classwork and additional awards throughout the year.
• Adventurers need to learn and follow the Adventurer Pledge and the Adventurer Law.
• Club dues are collected at the beginning of the year or when the Adventurer joins the program.
• Each Adventurer needs a complete Adventurer uniform, both dress and casual. The dress uniform is worn to the first meeting of each month as well as special events such as Induction, Investiture and conference sponsored events. All other meetings throughout the month are casual uniform of Adventurer T-shirt and jeans with comfortable shoes.
• Adventurers are expected to cooperate with instructions from the Adventurer team.
• Clubs members must be willing to participate in community outreach projects.
